Carl Filipiak is a guitarist from Baltimore, Maryland, who has released seven albums on Geometric Records featuring renowned drummer Dennis Chambers and saxophonist Bob Berg. Additionally, he has recorded several albums for Art of Life Records.

Throughout his career, Carl has performed, recorded, and toured with notable artists such as Dennis Chambers, Will Calhoun, Victor Wooten, Claire Daly,  Bob Berg, and many others. He has recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London and has played at numerous concerts and festivals across the country. His instructional books are published by Mel Bay Publications and Balafon Books, and he serves as an Ambassador for Benedetto Guitars.

Carl continues to teach privately and performs regularly on the East Coast with his group and with his friends Lafayette Gilchrist and Greg Thompkins from The New Volcanoes. His music is available on platforms such as Amazon, iTunes, Spotify, Art of Life, and Geometric Records.
